BYD 'Divine Eye' Mapless City Pilot Feature Launched Nationwide, Rollout Begins Today

Starting today, BYD's high-level intelligent driving assistance system 'Divine Eye' officially launches the mapless city navigation (CNOA) feature nationwide, with OTA updates being rolled out gradually to enable intelligent navigation on various roads across the country.

It has been noted that models such as the Yangwang U8 (luxury version), Tengshi Z9GT, and Tengshi N7 will be pushed out in batches within this month (with availability not including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan regions for the time being).

According to official information, the city navigation feature launched nationwide is based on advanced mapless NOA technology, using an end-to-end large model architecture, and integrates multi-sensor perception to capture and process road environment information in real-time. It can achieve various driving behaviors such as complex intersection passage, traffic light passage, autonomous overtaking, obstacle avoidance, and autonomous lane changes. This version also supports industry-leading technically challenging features such as roundabout passage and automatic entry into the waiting area nationwide.
